Material Control Specialist

At Prestwick, we repair and overhaul aircraft engine fuel controls for customers in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

• Inventory Management:
  Manage and oversee the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
• Procurement Coordination:
  Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Generate and analyse production reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Schedule Adherence:
  Identify and resolve production constraints and delays. Monitor production progress and ensure schedules are followed.
• Coordination and Communication:
  Serve as a liaison between various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, procurement and logistics, to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any production-related issues.

Salary range £32,000 - £41,000 (Shift pattern is days/nights, with a 16% allowance. As the facility grows, the shift pattern may change) Woodward Operations Incentive bonus scheme – target of 7.5% paid quarterly, discretionary.

• Vacation:
