Senior Bookkeeper

We have a vacancy for a Senior Bookkeeper with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria.

• Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:
  Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, updating ledgers, and managing databases.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  Processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate tracking of amounts owed to and by the company.
• Financial Reporting:
  Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconciliations:
  Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
• Data Entry and Processing:
  Entering financial data into accounting software and ensuring accuracy of information.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Bookkeeper
• Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy
• Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership Accounting
• Experience with automotive systems such as Autoline etc.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Accountant
• Numeracy accuracy and diligence, good computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Clear criminal record
