• Assist with month-end financial reporting and analysis
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documents
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist with audits and tax compliance
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Sage Intacct is a Plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in the fuel industry or similar is a plus
