Audit Senior

Audit Senior position currently available in Pretoria.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior / Experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality audit services.

Salary between R35 000 and R40 000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform full audit planning for client engagements
• Complete relevant audit programmes
• Prepare lead schedules and lead sheets
• Prepare and review Excel-based working papers
• Compile electronic audit files in accordance with IRBA standards
• Prepare audited annual financial statements
• Provide training, supervision, and support to junior team members during audit engagements
• Facilitate formal audit-related training sessions for staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheets
• Manage and respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Relevant completed accounting degree
• Completed SAICA articles (or 3–4 years’ relevant experience in the auditing industry)
• Valid driver’s license
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong working knowledge of Case Ware will be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
