Junior Bookkeper

We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our team in Centurion. This is a contract position with a possibility of being permanent, full-time onsite.

• Perform bank reconciliations on Quick Books.
• Capture and process employee timesheets accurately and timeously.
• Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue tenant invoices and manage billing processes.
• Attend to supplier queries and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate and manage tender document deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support, including credit applications and data capturing as required.
• Deliver cleaning personnel to various property locations when required.
• Procure site materials and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and visits as instructed by management.
• Liaise with sales personnel regarding Accounts Receivable matters and customer payment feedback.
• Capture, reconcile, and manage petty cash transactions.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and related activities across properties.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management or supervisors.

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative, accounts, bookkeeping, or property administration role.
• Working knowledge of Quick Books or similar accounting software.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty cash management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
