Colbyn, Pretoria Moot: FINANCE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER Minimum Requirements

Reliable and accountable (No pensioners/retirees)
Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both)
Minimum 5 years recent experience in Bookkeeping to Trial Balance a must (including Debtors & Creditors, payroll, cashbook and reconciliations)
Full independently functional
Computer literate and fully proficient in Pastel Partner & Payroll Professional a must
Clear Criminal record
No lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non-performance
Residing within daily commuting distance from Colbyn
Stable employment record and contactable References a must
To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately

Work hours:

Mondays to Thursdays 8am – 5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm

Duties

Financial management and full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance function for automotive accessories company
Debtors & Creditors control
Payment of salaries, EMP
201 and UIF submissions
Cashbook allocation and reconciliations
General bookkeeping & financial duties, including financial administration
Office management

Salary: R 25 000 – R 30 000 gross maximum
