Job Purpose
The National Off-Site Stock Controller will manage the full purchasing and inventory control process for multiple resort locations remotely. This includes processing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, maintaining administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role works closely with resort-based stock controllers and procurement managers to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end purchasing for resorts, including creating orders, purchase orders, GRNs and Credit Notes using the Innkeeper System.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, Excel updates, filing, and document management.
• Review, validate, and analyse commercial and share block orders to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor sales trends and stock usage across resorts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Procurement Officers, Stock Controllers, and Resort Managers.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement status, outstanding orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, procurement policies, and legal requirements.
• Provide daily support by answering calls, responding to queries, following up on stock needs, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications and
Experience:
• Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business
• Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in stock control, purchasing, or inventory administration (hospitality/resort sector advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Innkeeper or similar stock management systems is highly desirable.
