Facilities Management Specialist
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a minimum of 13 years of experience in maintenance, office support or related fields.
A technical qualification in facilities management would be an added advantage.
Key responsibilities include :- Handling daily office maintenance and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Coordinating contractors and maintenance staff to execute maintenance tasks effectively
- Conducting regular inspections and arranging repairs or replacements as needed to prevent equipment failure
- Managing maintenance requests and ensuring timely turnaround to meet business objectives
- Maintaining health, safety and building regulations compliance to mitigate risks and liabilities
- Assisting with small renovations and office moves to optimize workspace functionality and aesthetics
- Liaising with external service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure optimal services delivery
