Disclosure Internship

The CIPC Disclosure Internship is a 24-month graduate programme based in Pretoria, offering unemployed graduates in Office Administration the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience. Interns receive a monthly stipend of R12,000 while developing administrative and professional skills within a national public service environment.

• Provide administrative and office support within the Disclosure unit
• Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping
• Support data capturing, processing, and verification of information
• Help prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
• Assist with customer service and responding to stakeholder queries
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Gain practical exposure to public service processes and compliance requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration (or a related field)
• Must be an unemployed South African graduate (ages 18-35)
• Must not have any prior work experience
• Must not have previously participated in an internship programme
• Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA
