Stellantis Stock Controller

KEY FOCUS

• Manage the vehicle stock control function.
• Capture new vehicle information accurately on the Dealer Management System.
• Ensure stock records are updated and accessible to relevant users.
• Liaise with manufacturers and dealer networks to support vehicle sourcing.
• Record and report on stock and transactional activity.
• Provide accurate information to support operational decision - making.
• Deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures and stock control processes.

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3-5 year’s relevant experience in the motor industry.
• Experience in vehicle stock control will be advantageous.
• Dealer Management System literacy, preferably units.
• Able to manage high volumes of new and used vehicles monthly.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administration, reporting and follow - up skills.
• Good communication and relationship- management skills.
• Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures.
• Clear criminal record.
