Sales Admin Coordinator

• Grade 12/Matric.
• Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution.
• Team player.
• Ability to deal with clients, colleagues and management at all levels.
• Thorough, meticulous and accurate.
• Ability to put structures in place and follow through with plans.
• Positive in manner.
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).

• Receptionist and in-house sales for walk-ins, telesales to check on orders from regular customers.
• Creditors and Debtors, manage overdue accounts and establish payment arrangements, if necessary.
• Forecast payments.
• Send account reports to Head Office.
• Proformas and invoicing. Check if payments are up to date before invoices are processed.
• Loading of new customers.
• Conducting regular stock takes, reconciling discrepancies, and monitoring stock movement.
• Provide accurate reports on stock levels and logistics to management.
• Manage branch office equipment, stationery, stock orders, consumables, petty cash and PPE.
• Co-ordinate all administrative duties for the branch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
