Festive, one of South African's leading integrated poultry producers within the Astral Group, is seeking a Farm Services Admin Clerk for the farm services division. The role will focus on providing Support to Festive farms services administration related functions together with the farms administration team.

The role will focus on providing Support to Festive farms services administration related functions together with the farms administration team.

• Preparation of weekly reports and graphs.
• Full Stock management responsibility on site.
• Assist with weekly forecasts and budgets.
• Assist with obtaining quotes, writing out RTPs.
• Do receiving of goods (GRVs) on the system and ensure all relevant supplier accounts are accurate, up to date and liaise same with the Creditors department.
• Support month end deadlines and results, ensure accurate accruals and accounting.
• Keep the relevant dashboards and management tools accurate and up to date.
• Ad hoc office duties.
• Responsible for the Farm Services office's 20 keys.

• A Matric Certificate/ Equivalent.
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Computer knowledge and experience is essential.
• Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept essential.
• Essential that the successful candidate is self-motivated & has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
