Fleet Administrator – Foton

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fleet Administrator to join our OEM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting fleet operations, maintaining accurate vehicle records, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Diploma or certificate in Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field will be advantageous.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• 2-3 years' experience in fleet administration, vehicle administration, or a related role.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Coordinate vehicle registrations, licensing, and renewals.
• Monitor and track vehicle deliveries and transfers.
• Process fleet-related documentation, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Liaise with dealerships, suppliers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Prepare fleet reports and management information as required.
• Assist with fleet audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the Fleet Management team.
• Relevant ad hoc activities as required by management.
