Are you an experienced Automotive Technician ready to lead in the rapidly expanding Electric Vehicle sector?
This is a critical technical role responsible for the diagnostics, servicing, repair, and maintenance of high-voltage electric vehicles within rental and customer fleets.
You will play a key role in maintaining vehicle uptime, supporting dealership growth, and ensuring technical excellence across the business.
🔧 Experience Required- Qualified Automotive Technician
- High Voltage / EV Certification
- Minimum 8 years workshop experience
- Strong diagnostic & fault-finding ability
- Experience with vehicle diagnostic software & tools
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities ⚡ High Voltage & Technical Work
- Diagnostics, servicing & repair of EVs
- High-voltage system inspection, testing & troubleshooting
- Electrical & electronic fault-finding
- Battery, inverter & drivetrain diagnostics
- Software updates & system calibrations
- Service planning & workshop scheduling
- Technical reporting & documentation
- OEM warranty claim processing
- Parts control & stock management
- Supervision of workshop staff & technicians
- Technical mentorship & skills development
- Implementation of improved service processes & standards
- Support for new dealership & service network setup
- Strong technical problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Process-driven & organised
- Strong communication & reporting skills
