About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join their Pretoria office. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and driving efficiency. You will work directly with clients to analyze their existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact on client operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop detailed process maps, value stream analyses, and performance metrics.
- Design and document optimized business processes incorporating best practices and lean principles.
- Lead implementation efforts for process redesign, change management, and training.
- Measure and report on the impact of process improvements, ensuring achievement of client objectives.
- Collaborate with client teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of an organization.
