- Analyze client business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

- Support clients in developing robust business strategies, market entry plans, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate effectively with client teams and internal project members to achieve project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations improvement, or strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process mapping, and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in project management and experience working in a hybrid work environment.
