Our client is looking for a creative and analytical Strategy and Innovation Consultant to contribute to their esteemed practice in Pretoria . You will conduct extensive research, foster creative thinking sessions, and translate strategic concepts into viable business initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions with client teams to generate new ideas and business concepts.
- Develop robust business cases and strategic roadmaps for new product/service launches and market entry strategies.
- Advise senior leadership on strategic planning, organizational agility, and the adoption of disruptive technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of innovation strategies.
- Measure and report on the impact of innovation initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy development, innovation consulting, or market analysis.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products or services.
- Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, research, and analytical capabilities.
