Position: Site Agent / Civils Foreman

Overview

Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a Site Agent / Civils Foreman to join their team in Pretoria. This role involves overseeing the execution of civil projects and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction operations and provide on-site coordination for various projects.
  • Manage workforce, ensuring all workers are aware of their duties and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management regarding project status and budget.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Roadworks, Bulk Earthworks, Civil Services
  • Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
