Job Description
A property development company is currently seeking a Senior Foreman to join their team in Pretoria. Candidate is to be highly experienced in single (individual) high-end residential development.
Requirements:
• Senior Certificate
• 6-10 years’ experience
• Extensive recent experience in single (individual) high-end residential developments
• Coordinate construction site and activities
• Management of subcontractors
• Administer construction safety practices with all on site activities.
• Experience with projects from inception to completion (hand over)
• Proficient in MS Office
