We are looking for an experienced professional Site Agent with over 5-10 years of expertise in roads, sewer, and water reticulation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, and a proven track record in managing construction sites effectively.

• Oversee all site operations for roads, sewer and water reticulation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Address and resolve any site issues that may arise promptly.
• Contract Planning.
• Programming.
• Implement projects through site establishment, implementing tasks to meet milestones and snag lists.
• Ensure closure of projects through resolving snags.
• Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or BTech or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in site management with the construction of roads, sewer pipelines, and water reticulation.
• Professional Registration with the ECSA or South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PCM or PCP is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
