Construction Surveyor

Construction Surveyor – Limited Duration Contract

We are seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our project team on a fixed-term contract. This role is suited to a technically competent professional with 5–8 years’ relevant experience in industrial, mining, and heavy civil construction environments, capable of delivering accurate, fit-for-purpose survey outputs under demanding site conditions.

• Advanced use of Micro Station, Leica Infinity, and Cyclone 3DR
• 3D civil modelling, including mechanical and civil discipline overlays
• Excavation analysis with clear, auditable, and fit-for-purpose reporting
• Survey establishment and control for workshops, crushers, conveyor systems, and related industrial infrastructure
• Accurate interpretation, verification, and validation of technical and construction drawings
• Strong problem-solving capability within multi-disciplinary project teams
• Clear, professional communication with engineering, construction, and management teams

• Survey Diploma or Advanced Survey & Valuation, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in construction, mining, or industrial project environments

• South African citizen
• Valid South African driver’s license
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Limited-duration / fixed-term contract
• Remuneration aligned with industry benchmarks and commensurate with experience and technical competence
