A leading commercial solar firm is appointing Senior Construction Managers to oversee the full on-site execution of large-scale commercial solar projects across Gauteng. The role is hands‑on and site-based, responsible for managing construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.

• Minimum NQF Level 6 qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager on commercial projects
• Solar / renewable energy project experience essential (commercial scale)
• Strong knowledge of turnkey construction environments
• Solid understanding of site safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑pressure site environments
• Willing and able to work on-site across Gauteng for the contract duration

• Overall on-site management of commercial solar turnkey projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
• Ensure construction activities align with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, and Consultants
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report on project milestones
• Manage site documentation, inspections, snag lists, and final handover
• Ensure installations comply with contractual, statutory, and technical requirements
