Purpose of the Role

Our client, a reputable construction company specializing in commercial and residential developments, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Site Agent to join their team in Pretoria. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or a junior construction professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on site.

Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and project schedules.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship standards.

Assist with project administration, reporting, and record keeping.

Track material usage and site resources.

Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Assist in resolving site-related challenges and technical issues.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
