Site Foreman

A well-established organisation within the built environment and large-scale residential project delivery sector is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered according to programme, quality standards, and strict operational deadlines. This role is suited to a hands‑on construction professional with strong site coordination capability and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams within fast‑paced project environments.

• Matric
• Construction-related qualification advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ Foreman experience within residential or large-scale building environments
• Strong understanding of site execution, quality control and contractor coordination
• Experience managing project timelines and technical site requirements
• Strong communication and team leadership ability

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities and project execution
• Manage site teams and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure quality standards and compliance procedures are maintained
• Monitor project progress against programme deadlines
• Manage documentation, reporting, handovers, and issue resolution
