Construction Project Manager - Residential Estates

Our client, a prominent property developer, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead the development of high-end residential estates in and around Pretoria . You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, from initial planning and design liaison through to final handover. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards, enhancing the developer's reputation for excellence in the Gauteng market.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process for residential developments, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare detailed project reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• A relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in managing residential construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex residential estates on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, planning permissions, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the Pretoria property development landscape is advantageous.
