• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of work, identify defects, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates.
• Manage site logistics, including material delivery, equipment deployment, and site security.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to report on site progress and address any issues.
• Ensure site is kept clean, organized, and compliant with environmental regulations.
• Assist in resolving site-related conflicts and technical challenges.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment on site.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in the construction industry.
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations in

• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating diverse trades.
• Proficiency in basic site management software or reporting tools.
