Our client in the Digital Printing industry is looking for an Outbound Call Centre Agent.
Key responsibilities
· Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to avail of Copy Center services and product
· Describe services and products
· Respond to questions
· Identify and overcome objections
· Take the customer through the sales process
· Obtain customer information
· Obtain possible customer leads
· Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Requirements
· Matric/ Diploma
· Preferably have a similar background or in a Copy Center environment
· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
· Computer literacy
