- Manage client relationships, book travel arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must possess excellent communication (both verbal & written), and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of travel requirements, including visas and passports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Hardworking.
- Proficiency in travel industry software and technology, such as Amadeus or Galileo.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Required Qualifications- Min 2-years’ experience in Travel industry
