• Monthly Base Pay: R24,000
• Working Pattern: 24/7 rotating shift system (5-day week, 8 hours per shift)

Summary of the RoleWe are searching for fluent German speakers to deliver superior assistance to customers of a prominent global online retailer. Operating out of our Umhlanga office, you will serve as the main liaison for online shoppers, managing queries regarding purchases, dispatch tracking, billing issues, and product details. This role presents a great path for individuals seeking to build a career in the BPO and retail sectors.
Key Duties

• Omnichannel Support: Interact with shoppers via email, telephone, and instant chat in German and English.
• Order & Dispatch Assistance: Direct clients through return processes, delivery tracking, and order adjustments.
• Problem Resolution: De-escalate client issues using structured problem-solving and an empathetic approach.
• Catalog Mastery: Stay informed about current inventory and policies to deliver accurate advice.
• Data Recording: Log every client contact accurately within the CRM database.
• Metric Targets: Consistently hit team performance measures, with a strong focus on CSAT and service quality.

Required Profile

• Languages: Working proficiency in German (minimum B2 level, verbal and written) plus fluent business English.
• Education: Grade 12 / Matric diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Flexibility: Full availability to work non-standard hours, including night shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable managing several browser tabs, databases, and software platforms at once.
• Experience: Background in retail or call center environments is preferred, but complete paid training is provided.
• Attributes: Solution-driven, resilient, and patient with a collaborative mindset.
