- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.

- Solid understanding of automotive terminology, services, and basic repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
