- Schedule: 24/7 rotational roster (5 working days weekly, 8-hour daily shifts)
We are recruiting fluent German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to represent a premier global e-commerce retail platform. Working on-site in Umhlanga, you will serve as the primary customer point of contact, addressing requests regarding order updates, delivery tracking, payment processing, and catalog items. This position is a great gateway for professionals aiming to grow in the international BPO industry.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Provide customer support across chat, phone, and email in both German and English.
- Fulfillment Operations: Guide shoppers through return processes, shipment tracking, and order modifications.
- De-escalation: Resolve customer concerns calmly using structured reasoning and active listening.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on merchandise offerings and platform return policies.
- Account Logging: Enter detailed records of all interactions into the CRM software.
- Service Metrics: Maintain team benchmarks centered on quality standards and CSAT scores.
- Languages: Fluent German (B2 level or higher) and professional English proficiency.
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 high school qualification or equal standard.
- Availability: Ready to work variable rotational shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
- System
Skills:
Comfortable navigating multiple browser windows and software platforms at once. - Background: Previous customer support, retail, or call center experience is an advantage; comprehensive paid training is included.
