Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a limited‑duration contract based in Midrand
. This role is ideal for a highly organized customer operations professional with strong experience in SAP

Key Requirements

3-5 years' experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Order Management
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP and Salesforce (essential)
Proven experience in customer order processing
, account administration, and customer support
High attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
Experience with in the pharmaceutical, medical diagnostics, or related industries will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution
Utilize SAP and Salesforce to manage customer data and transactions
Generate reports and support operational processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
