About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident, design-driven professional who is technically strong and capable of taking ownership of project stages while collaborating closely with senior architects, interior designers, and consultants.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and retail projects; ensuring design alignment, technical accuracy, and exceptional project execution.
Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through construction documentation.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, schedules, and presentations using Revit (essential) and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with senior architects to maintain design intent, compliance, and technical excellence.
- Work closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Coordinate interior architectural elements in line with the client interior vision.
- Attend client, design, and site meetings, contributing professional insight.
- Conduct site visits, support implementation, and assist with project coordination and problem-solving.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in residential, commercial, and/or retail architecture.
- Proven experience in Interior Architecture and collaboration with interior design teams.
- Strong proficiency in Revit
; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar software is advantageous. - Solid understanding of construction detailing, building regulations, and documentation standards.
- Strong design, planning, and visualization capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Professional registration (or progress toward registration) is advantageous.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
