Registered Architect

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Architect to join their dynamic team in Pretoria. This role is critical for leading architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring design integrity, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for project management, team coordination, and overseeing the development of high-quality architectural solutions. • Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant South African building codes, regulations, and planning requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the design and construction phases.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.

• A professional degree in Architecture and Professional Registration with SACAP.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-registration experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Strong project management and client liaison skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in Gauteng.
