Interventional Pain Medicine Physician

At PAIN Collective, we specialise in non‑surgical management of painful conditions to provide optimal pain relief and help individuals return to daily activities. Our clinics address a wide range of conditions including Arthritis, Headaches, Neurological Pain, Fibromyalgia, and more through non‑surgical interventions such as injections, nerve blocks, and pulsed radio frequency neuromodulation. Our interdisciplinary team, led by Dr. Liebenberg, consists of pain practitioners with expertise in various specialties to offer holistic pain‑management solutions.

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Pain Medicine Physician in Gauteng. The role involves managing and treating patients with painful conditions such as Arthritis, Neurological Pain, Back and Neck Pain, among others. Duties include performing non‑surgical interventions such as injections, nerve blocks, and collaborating with other pain specialists for comprehensive patient care. Full in‑house training is provided, leading to formal training and qualification in interventional pain management.

• Registration as an independent practitioner with the HPCSA.
• Registration for private practice with a practice number at the BHF.
• Ethical and patient‑centered care focus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and belief in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary care.
• Previous exposure to pain management is beneficial.
• Availability to spend three months in Cape Town while undergoing basic training.
