Job Description

The purpose of this role is to help design and implement fit-for-purpose learning interventions for staff members in the company.

Some duties include:

• Contribute to learning and development strategy formulation

• Identify and interpret client skills needs

• Conduct research

Requirements:

• Honours in Economics, Finance, Banking, Education

• 5-8 years’ instructional design and facilitation experience in academics or corporate learning

• 3-5 years within an economics or financial services environment
