About the Role

Our client seeks a nurturing and energetic Early Childhood Educator to join their vibrant learning center in Centurion . This role is dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where young children can thrive and develop essential skills. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for early childhood development and a creative approach to engaging young learners, contributing to a foundation of lifelong learning and well-being for every child.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver developmentally appropriate educational activities and lessons for young children.
• Observe and document children's progress, maintaining records and communicating with parents/guardians regularly.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage classroom behavior positively, encouraging social interaction and emotional development.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children from diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to achieve the center's educational objectives.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children (0-5 years).
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and creative learning experiences.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
