Seeking an experienced eLearning Practitioner to design, develop and maintain SCORM‑compliant digital learning content.

The role supports Trainers and SMEs in delivering engaging, learner‑centred online learning aligned to organisational objectives.

• Qualifications: Grade 12;
  Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Instructional Design or related training development field.
• Experience: 4 years eLearning development; 2 years using Articulate, Adobe Captivate 7 or similar tools.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  SCORM development, LMS administration, multimedia editing, QA processes.

• Content Development: Build SCORM‑compliant eLearning modules using approved authoring tools.
• Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, interactive digital learning.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines for content submission, QA reviews and LMS uploads.
• LMS Support: Maintain LMS functionality, reporting, troubleshooting and user support.
