• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a preschool or early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of early learning frameworks and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.
