Were looking for a Certified Voice Expert to support voice infrastructure projects across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in voice systems and a passion for delivering high‑quality solutions.

• Architect and implement enterprise‑grade voice solutions (PBX VoIP SIP IP telephony).
• Configure and manage OEM voice platforms (e.g. Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Cisco CUCM Avaya Aura).
• Integrate voice systems with LAN / WAN cloud and collaboration platforms.
• Lead voice transformation projects including migration to IP or cloud‑based telephony.
• Perform advanced diagnostics performance tuning and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards security protocols and SLA requirements.
• Provide technical leadership documentation and training to internal teams.
• Collaborate with OEM support and engineering teams for escalations and innovation.
• Travel to client locations for onsite implementation and support.

• Certification in voice technologies:
  Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Cisco CUCM Avaya Aura.
• 8 years experience with enterprise voice systems protocols and enterprise‑grade voice solutions (PBX VoIP SIP IP telephony).
• Strong problem‑solving and client‑facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
