Professional Engineer; Pr. Eng Water and Sanitation

Introduction

To the T Recutiment is searching for a Professional Engineer registered with ECSA who has Extensive Experience in Water and Sanitation and has the ability to solve and manage complex water and sanitation projects.

The successful candidate will provide support on specialised water and sanitation engineering services in accordance with South African policies, acts, regulations and industry guidelines following MISA and municipal norms and practices. They will design new systems to solve complex engineering challenges, improve efficiency and enhance safety. They will lead and coordinate advanced research knowledge application and provide specialised expert advice on the water and sanitation engineering field.

They will develop and review municipal sector master plans.

An appropriate Masters degree in Civil Engineering (M Eng / MSc Eng) specialising in Water and Sanitation or relevant qualification at NQF level 9 as recognised by SAQA with ten (10) years post‑qualification experience. Compulsory registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineer.
