5G Network Planning Manager; Coverage & GIS

Position Purpose

We are seeking a 5G Network Planning Manager who will be responsible for GIS administration, radio coverage modelling, site planning support, serviceability management, coverage acceptance, and RF design governance.

The role translates approved commercial rollout requirements into technically executable coverage designs and deployment plans. This role does not own network optimization (NPO), market strategy, population targets, subscriber forecasting, or commercial planning.

• Own and manage GIS platforms, geospatial databases, and coverage planning tool
• Maintain terrain, clutter, building, and coverage dataset
• Develop, calibrate, and maintain radio propagation model
• Perform coverage, SINR, and serviceability modellin
• Evaluate and rank candidate sites from a technical perspectiv
• Generate search rings and provide site design recommendation
• Own and maintain RF design standards, including PCI, TAC, and coverage planning principle
• Support rollout programmes by providing RF design packages and coverage prediction
• Conduct pre-build and post-build coverage acceptanc
• Produce serviceability outputs for wholesale, enterprise, and FWA qualificatio
