NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on climate resilience, biodiversity and environmental sustainability.
- Conduct climate risk assessments and environmental analyses.
- Support mainstreaming of climate considerations across EU interventions.
- Monitor environmental performance of projects.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in climate adaptation, environmental management and biodiversity.
