Civil Structural Revit Draughtsman

Job Description:

• Develop detailed Revit models and technical drawings for structural engineering projects
• Model structural steel, reinforced concrete and associated structural elements
• Produce accurate construction drawings, layouts and detailing
• Work closely with engineers to translate designs into coordinated Revit models
• Update and manage models throughout the project lifecycle
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, quality and compliance
• Coordinate structural models with other disciplines and resolve design clashes
• Ensure project deadlines and drawing standards are consistently maintained

• Minimum 510 years' experience in a structural draughting/modelling environment
• Strong Revit modelling experience is essential
• Solid background in structural steel and reinforced concrete
• Experience producing detailed structural drawings and 3D models
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and project teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Drafting Certificate or relevant drafting qualification
• Revit certification or additional BIM training advantageous
