Graduate Electrical Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations of electrical components and systems.
• Support senior engineers in preparing electrical designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and project reviews to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Assist with the preparation of engineering reports, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients when required.
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and environmental regulations throughout project execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Internship experience in electrical engineering or related projects.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies.

• Strong understanding of:
  • Electrical systems
  • Electrical circuits
  • Control systems
  • Power generation and distribution systems
• Ability to read and interpret:
  • Electrical schematics
  • Technical drawings
  • Blueprints
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and standards such as:
  • IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)
  • NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • OSHA standards

• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Solid Works
  • ETAP
  • MATLAB
  • Other electrical design and analysis tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
