Lexdan Select is assisting a Renewable Energy Company with their search for a Electrical & Solar Design Engineer. Based in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Hybrid and Off-Grid Solar PV systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and engineering documentation.
- Conduct site assessments and system performance evaluations.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant South African standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support during project implementation and commissioning.
- Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5+ years' experience in electrical and solar system design.
- Experience designing Hybrid and Off-Grid Solar PV systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in solar design and electrical design software.
