Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa, a leader in the automotive industry for over a century, is proud to present the Next-Generation Graduate Program. This 24-month program offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience and professional training across various departments, while contributing to Ford's legacy of innovation and excellence. Recognized as a "Car of the Year" producer, Ford offers a unique environment that fosters growth and development in fields like Engineering, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Graduates will benefit from department rotations, leadership development, team-building activities, and project assignments. Successful candidates will receive a permanent placement at the start of the program.

• Rotate between departments to gain comprehensive exposure
• Complete at least one departmental project per year
• Participate in leadership development, social responsibility, and team-building activities
• Attend leadership talks and regular check-ins with managers
• Fulfill training requirements based on departmental needs

• Bachelor’s Degree with an average pass rate of 65% or higher in:
  
  Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering,Human Resources, Supply Chain/Logistics
• Applicants completing their studies in 2024 are eligible to apply
• Age requirement: 22 to 28 years
