PLC Programmer​/Application Engineer

We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer / Application Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The position involves programming & configuration of PLC’s (mainly Siemens and Allen-Bradley), HMI development, troubleshooting and/or repair. The successful candidate will also be expected to write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.

• Offline PLC Programming / Development
• Support local installations / equipment commissioning on projects in the Gauteng region
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• A minimum of one year of experience in field service or equipment maintenance in a related industry
• Willing and able to travel within South Africa (A moderate amount of travel is required)
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Hands on experience in wiring of industrial equipment
• Familiarity with many aspects of systems integration (including PLC, HMI, networking, communication, power distribution)
