About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished Telecom Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex telecommunications projects in Pretoria . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on scope and on time. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met and stakeholder expectations are managed.

- Plan, execute, and finalize telecommunications projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Manage project teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecommunications projects, from initiation to closure.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, network infrastructure, and deployment processes.
