• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in product design and mechanical development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD/CAE software suites (e.g., Solid Works Simulation, ANSYS).
• Demonstrated success in bringing new products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, machining, 3D printing).
